Karin Hill serves as the EMS Manager for Elite's Midwest Division, overseeing comprehensive emergency medical services across Illinois. She handles day-to-day operations, political coordination, scheduling, supplies, training & records, while maintaining 24/7 365 availability for her crews & communities.
Her teams provide exceptional ALS care with fully staffed Paramedic and EMT coverage around the clock. Passionate about expanding EMS services into new territories, Karin is actively working to advance emergency medical services throughout Illinois. She's dedicated to providing compassionate, empathetic care to local communities where she and her providers both live and work.
