Richard Miller brings military leadership and healthcare expertise to Elite Industrial Services as Chief Operating Officer. His operational approach focuses on building reliable systems that perform under pressure while adapting to each client's specific Fire, EMS & safety needs. His unique combination of military discipline, emergency medical training, and healthcare operations experience ensures Elite delivers consistent, high-quality service across all locations from Alabama to Iowa.
Richard previously ran Elite Urgent Care, EIS's series of urgent care clinics. He's currently serving in the National Guard, is a licensed EMT, & previously served as a Sergeant in the U.S. Army.
In his spare time, Richard is pursuing his Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of South Alabama, building on his BSEMS degree from the same institution, all while raising two twins with his wife.
