Why Elite?

Most EMS jobs ae the same, Elite is different.

When Phil Jones founded this company in 2013, he came from the field: EMS Director, Deputy Sheriff, Paramedic, volunteer firefighter. He built Elite Industrial Services because he'd seen what happens when health & safety gets treated like a checkbox instead of a commitment.

At Elite Industrial Services, you're not a contractor filling a shift. You're embedded in the communities and facilities you serve - you know the people, the geography, and the work. You're part of a team that cares. That's what makes the difference when it counts.

We invest in our people through paid certifications, clear advancement paths, and cross-training opportunities across fire, EMS, rescue, and security disciplines. If you want to grow, there's a road for that here.
